1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. If you're not satisfied with Writesy AI for any reason, simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we'll process your refund - no questions asked.
This applies to:
- All subscription plans (Solo and Professional)
- Credit pack purchases
- First-time subscription purchases only (renewals are not eligible)
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply:
- Email us at hello@writesy.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address used for registration
- Let us know how we can improve (optional but appreciated)
We will process your request within 3 business days. Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Please note:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to all features until the end of your paid period
- Your content and data remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation
